They are the primary point of contact for our customers. Many of our Representatives answer inbound calls, selling products and services to the card members while others support card members that are past due on their accounts. Some of our Customer Contact Representatives monitor credit card activity protecting our card members from credit card fraud.Sales and Service RepresentativesYou're known for your outgoing personality and great communication style - so check out a sales and service position. As a Citi Sales and Service Representative you'll spend your day talking with customers over the phone. You'll encourage customers to take advantage of additional Citi products and services that will enhance their Citi experience.  Every call is an opportunity for you to use your sales and relationship building skills to partner with customers and help them understand the benefits of additional Citi offerings.Mortgage Collection Account Ownership AssociateThe Mortgage Collection Associate will be accountable for servicing approx.165 delinquent mortgage accounts monthly that are 30-119 days past due and perform collection of accounts by using payment strategies to resolve the client's delinquency.   Strategies include, but are not limited to: extensions, re-pay plans, negotiating re-occurring payments, loss mitigation options, phone payments via Western Union, and mail.  Will also manage and maintain records, notes and routing on delinquent accounts as outlined by Citi and FDCPA policy.  Our collectors serve as direct support and/or liaison for our clients through bankruptcy, fraud, short sale, foreclosure, liquidations and/or refinancing. (Must have at least 1-2 years of demonstrated experience building client rapport and trust from previous sales and/or collections background)
