They built a tradition of excellence since their founding in 1932, and with that experience and commitment they continue to grow and bring the very best to their customers.Job Purpose:This position is responsible for the sale of Midwest products in a specified region or geographical area.  Key Responsibilities: • Grow and cultivate assigned territory for year on year sales growth. • Support and promote Midwest products and services in a knowledgeable and professional manner. • Make recommendations to Sales Manager on how products and/or services provided by Midwest can be improved.                                                                 • Analyze territory and determine frequency of calls on each assigned account.  (Plan sales trips and schedule time to effectively accomplish this). • Meeting or exceeding sales and gross margin profit goals which are cooperatively established in conjunction with the Sales Manager. • Keep customer profiles current and all information is up to date. • Achieve target number of quality customer meetings and calls per month. • Responsible for accurately completing all necessary paperwork, and returning in a timely manner. • Responsible for timely follow up on all sales leads given. • Continually develop professional skills by attending webinars, seminars and reading trade magazines and other publications or books as necessary to stay up to date on industry trends.   Education and Experience:5+ years of print distribution sales experience and an insurable driving record.
