Details: Sales Analyst Job Description - WALMARTThis role is a hybrid role with responsibility for both sales and CPFR/Replenishment reporting and analysis. The Sales Analyst will work cross functionally with Sales, Category Management, Demand Planning, Replenishment and the Supply Chain Team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining key reports and identifying opportunities and issues along with providing actionable insights and solutions to the team.The Sales Analyst will become knowledgeable in beverage category insights and be able to comprehend and articulate syndicated data sources such as AC Nielsen and Spectra in both consumption and Home Scan/Panel data to deliver value back to sales team. Responsibilities:Conduct business analysis and provide insights to sales team and customer development, leveraging data to drive sales recommendations. Daily and weekly reporting to include: pricing analysis, in-stock reporting, warehouse inventory levels, forecasting projected sales, etc. Monthly reporting to include KPI reporting and sales scorecards.Prepare sales presentations along with assisting in presentations for replenishment meetings.As needed, will assist Replenishment team/CPFR Analysts with solving issues and communication with Customer Replenishment Team. Develop and manage reporting through Shiloh tool and identify and facilitate process improvement opportunities with current reporting.Proactively coordinate and communicate with the Customer Team, other Category Managers and Analysts as well as with account personnel Work on special projects as requested by the Customer Team Ability to coordinate and follow-up on processes/issuesRequirements: EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Proficient in Excel Proven problem-solving skills using deductive reasoning, understanding hierarchical relationships and identifying gaps in logic Shiloh or database management experience2-3 years experience in an analytical role preferredPast experience with a CPG company preferredPast Replenishment or Supply Chain experience a plusInclude education requirements:o Bachelors Degree strongly preferredThis is a tremendous opportunity!
