Details: This qualified candidate will help support 240 plus dental clinics across California, Arizona and Nevada. Representatives will provide quality service to all inbound and outbound calls to new and existing patients. • Answer all calls for new and existing patients addressing inquiries: • Advise customers of available plans and services • Input all customer information into the system database • Appointment scheduling of new patients following department and office appointment book guidelines • Foster strong and positive communications with piers, customers, patients and colleagues • Respond to patients or re-route to appropriate individuals all inquiries from the patient • Promptly input all patient information into system database if the caller is submitting a complaint immediately notify the appropriate personnel, pre-approved procedures • Process and enter customer information and requests timely and accurately • Assist in updating all patient procedures and applicable forms • Preparing correspondence for plan inquiries & prepare client new patient packets • Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects
